INO is looking for Portuguese native speaking customer service agents in Agadal Rabat, Morocco. You will be working for a Medical Care organisation, handling calls and write interactions with Portuguese Health Care Professionals. You will receive intensive training for four weeks. Work location Rabat, Morocco.

Tasks
  • Telephone helpdesk, where you answer incoming calls and handle questions from Portuguese Health Care Professionals.
  • Back office activities, such as handling e-mails and following up open files. 

Profile
  • Is Portuguese native speaking
  • Is stress resiliant
  • Previous experience in a call center is a pro but not a must.
  • Disciplined
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible attitude

  

Terms
  • You will be working 44 hours per week, in shifts from Monday until Sunday, in rotation
  • Salary will be discussed in the job interview
