01 Jan Portuguese speaking – Customer Service Agent
INO is looking for Portuguese native speaking customer service agents in Agadal Rabat, Morocco. You will be working for a Medical Care organisation, handling calls and write interactions with Portuguese Health Care Professionals. You will receive intensive training for four weeks. Work location Rabat, Morocco.

Tasks
- Telephone helpdesk, where you answer incoming calls and handle questions from Portuguese Health Care Professionals.
- Back office activities, such as handling e-mails and following up open files.
Profile
- Is Portuguese native speaking
- Is stress resiliant
- Previous experience in a call center is a pro but not a must.
- Disciplined
- Positive attitude
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Able to work independently
- Flexible attitude
Terms
- You will be working 44 hours per week, in shifts from Monday until Sunday, in rotation
- Salary will be discussed in the job interview
