• Telephone helpdesk, where you answer incoming calls and handle questions.
• Back office activities, such as handling e-mails and following up open files. 

Profile

• Is Persian native speaker
• Is stress resiliant
• Previous experience in a call center is a pro but not a must
• Disciplined
• Positive attitude
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Able to work independently
• Flexible attitude

Terms

• A contract with attractive conditions like health insurance etc.
• Salary will be discussed in the job interview
