JOB DESCRIPTION

• Telephone helpdesk, where you answer incoming calls and handle questions from clients.
• Back office activities, such as handling e-mails and following up open files.

PROFILE

• Speaks fluently Norwegian
• Is stress resiliant
• Has great communication skills, is flexible and punctual
• Has a first experience in a professional environment
• Previous experience in a call center is a pro but not a must. Company provides training and personal coaching.

Terms

• You will be working 44 hours per week according to Moroccan law
• Salary will be discussed during the job interview
• Paid four week training
